AWAKE!

Bismillaah.

Sejak pertama kali saya mendengar lagu ini, saya merasa awaken ketika mendengar nadanya yang sangat bersemangat! It suits the title, I thought. Semakin sering mendengar lagunya, semakin ingin tahu seperti apa sih, liriknya?

"Nadanya bagus, liriknya juga bagus!" sahut seorang teman yang sama-sama menggemari nasyid.

"Oh iya? Kamu punya liriknya?"

Ia pun menawarkan sesuatu yang ada di laptopnya,"punya. Ada nih, di laptop. Mau?"

"Mau!" seruku seraya mengambil flashdisk dari dalam tas dan memberikannya.

Ternyata benar. Lagu ini sangat awaken! Selain membangkitkan semangat, lagu ini mengajak kita merenung. Satu hal yang paling berkesan dari lagu ini,"boleh konsumtif, tetapi jangan berlebihan dan jangan lupa bersyukur."

"Kepunyaan Allah segala yang ada di langit dan bumi. Dan jika kamu menampakkan apa yang ada di dalam hatimu atau menymbunyikannya niscaya Allah akan membuat perhitungan dengan kamu tentang perbuatanmu itu. Maka Allah mengampuni siapa yang dikehendaki-Nya; dan Allah Mahakuasa atas segala sesuatu." (QS Al-Baqarah 2:284)
